1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We take your privacy very seriously and have designed the App to minimize data collection. Importantly, Cartix does not collect, process, or store any facial information from you. Additionally, we do not gather any personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, location data, device identifiers, or any other data that could be used to identify you personally.

The App does not require user registration or account creation to access its full functionality. You can use all features of Cartix without providing any personal information whatsoever. There are no login requirements, and we do not track your usage behavior, app interactions, or any other activity within the App.

2. Handling of Uploaded and Generated Images

• When you use Cartix to upload photos for generating cartoon avatars or create original cartoon images within the App, all such images are stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit, upload, or sync these images to any of our servers, third-party servers, or any external storage systems. Your uploaded photos and generated cartoon images remain entirely under your control at all times.
• You have the full right to view, edit, save, or delete any images you create or upload using the App. The deletion function within the App allows you to permanently remove these images from your local device storage. Since we do not store any of these images on external servers, deleting an image from your device means it is completely removed and cannot be recovered by us or any third party through our services.
• Cartix does not access, view, modify, or use your uploaded or generated images for any purpose other than enabling the core functionality of the App. This processing is done locally on your device, and no data related to your images is sent to our backend systems. Our backend does not invoke, retrieve, or store any of your uploaded or generated image information under any circumstances.

3. Third-Party Services

• Cartix may offer a feature to share your generated cartoon avatars to social platforms. When you choose to use this sharing feature, the App will redirect you to the respective social platform's interface, and any information transmitted during the sharing process is governed by the privacy policy of that third-party social platform. We do not collect or retain any data related to your sharing activities, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
• Except for the optional sharing functionality described above, Cartix does not integrate with any other third-party services, APIs, or software development kits (SDKs) that collect user data. We do not share any information (since we collect none) with third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other purposes.

4. Security of Your Local Data

While we do not store your data on external servers, we recommend that you take reasonable precautions to protect the data stored locally on your device, such as setting a device password, using biometric authentication, and avoiding sharing your device with unauthorized individuals. Cartix does not assume responsibility for the security of your device or the local data stored on it if your device is lost, stolen, or compromised by malware or unauthorized access.

5. Children's Privacy

Cartix is intended for use by users of all ages, including children. Given that we do not collect any personal information from any users, including children, we fully comply with the principle of protecting children's privacy. No personal data of children is collected, stored, or processed by the App.
